Pop Tower is developed and published by Ocalyptus Studios ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you play Pop Tower, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.
By downloading or playing Pop Tower you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Data We Collect
We collect data in two ways: automatically through our advertising partner, and locally on your device.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android)
- Device model, OS version, language, and time zone
- IP address (used to infer general region — not stored by us)
- Ad impression and interaction events
- Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP)
- Your high score (
user://save.dat— never leaves your device)
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any health data.
How We Use Your Data
The data collected through AdMob is used for:
- Displaying relevant advertisements to support free gameplay
- Measuring ad performance and preventing fraud
- Aggregated analytics to improve the game experience
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for any purpose other than those listed above.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission to track your activity using your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you deny this permission, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised. All game features remain fully functional regardless of your choice. You can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Children's Privacy
Pop Tower is intended for general audiences aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- EU / EEA (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
- California (CCPA): Right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
- Turkey (KVKK): Right to be informed, access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing of personal data.

Data Retention
Your high score is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own retention policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pop Tower after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
